The Ruggeri 'Giustino B.' Prosecco is dedicated to Giustino Bisol, founder of the winery in 1950. This sparkling wine is the result of extensive trials, careful selection, and meticulous attention to detail, beginning in the vineyard and continuing through to bottle aging. Giustino B. thus represents the most vibrant expression of the winery's experience. After fermentation, the wine rests at a low temperature until spring, when it enters an autoclave for secondary fermentation. It is bottled in early June. It is best enjoyed from September onward.
