Jacot Radikon is best enjoyed on its own, almost as a meditation drink.

Jacot Radikon is made with 100% Tocai grapes, now called Friulano. A rich and profound wine, with remarkable length and astringency. Another excellent example of how lengthy maceration on the skins can bring out the best of a variety in a magical union between territory and producer. The Venezia Giulia Bianco IGT 'Jakot' from Radikon is a wine of rare longevity that, like the others, is not treated in any way, either during vinification or bottling. It is done without filtration or fining, and without the addition of preservatives. As a result, any traces of sulfur dioxide present are produced by the yeasts during fermentation, through a completely natural process. This is a Triple A-rated wine: farmers, artisans, artists.
