ETTORE GERMANO's ALTA LANGA SPARKLING WINE is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel and the Chardonnay in oak. It remains on the lees for approximately 30 months. The perlage is fine, and the wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, with a lovely creamy finish that makes it ideal as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
