The Maso Martis Brut Blanc De Blancs sparkling wine is a classic method with intense body and aromas, a light hint of yeast, versatile and elegant, perfect for any occasion. Harvested by hand in small crates, the Chardonnay grapes are immediately softly pressed. After fermentation, the yeasts are separated and the cuvée is prepared. Aged in steel tanks, it is bottled the following spring with the addition of selected yeasts. After 18 to 21 months of maturation on the lees, the wine is riddled, disgorged, and bottled.
