Maso Martis Dosaggio Zero Sparkling Wine is a classic method sparkling wine with no residual sugar, intense body and aromas, minerality, and a robust and decisive character. It is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts (tirage or secondary fermentation). After a minimum of 36 months on the lees, it is manually riddled and then disgorged without the addition of liqueur d'expedition.

Maso Martis Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine is excellent throughout the meal, pairing well with fish or shellfish dishes. It also pairs well with cured meats and strong cheeses.

Maso Martis Dosaggio Zero Sparkling Wine is a classic method sparkling wine with no residual sugar, intense body and aromas, minerality, and a robust and decisive character. One of the first classic method sparkling wines produced in Trentino. The grapes are hand-harvested in small crates, immediately followed by soft pressing of the whole Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are processed separately. The Pinot Noir is vinified exclusively in stainless steel, while the Chardonnay must ferments and ages in barriques for approximately eight months before tirage. The yeasts are separated and a blend is prepared, combining 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, respectively. The following spring, it is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts (tirage or prise de mousse). After at least 36 months on the lees, manual riddling is performed and then disgorgement is performed without the addition of liqueur d'expedition.
