Visual tasting

Crystalline, straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, quite consistent.

Olfactory tasting

Intense and quite complex, with fruity notes of pear and apricot, a faint hint of classic almond, and a hint of wildflowers. Quite refined.

Taste tasting

Dry, quite warm, quite soft, it is savoury and dynamic with a good balance resulting from the excellent fusion between freshness and salinity but also from the excellent nose-mouth correspondence.

What to pair wine with Viarsa Murva 2023

Friulano 'Viarsa' by Murva Renata Pizzulin is excellent as an aperitif; the wine pairs well with San Daniele prosciutto, egg dishes, and asparagus. It pairs interestingly with Asian dishes.

By carefully monitoring the entire vegetative and production phase, the winery has chosen to produce a fresh wine, although it ages for the classic 11 months sur lies, without the traditional bottle aging period.
