The Antica Fratta Rosé Franciacorta 'Essence' represents Antica Fratta's first step toward its future. A future in which pleasantness and drinkability complement each other with elegant complexity and a balanced structure. A visual as well as a palate-aroma coherence for a Franciacorta Rosé that combines the elegance of Chardonnay with the fruitiness of Pinot Noir and the complexity of time. To be enjoyed with the eyes and nose even before the palate. A refined, pale pink color heralds aromas of undergrowth and fruit compote, smoothed by long aging. The Yin and Yang of life are represented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir left to rest on the lees for 36 months. Sensual, elegant, and extremely eclectic. A perfect wine for any occasion and with any food.
