What to pair wine with Franciacorta Mosnel Rose'

Franciacorta Mosnel Rosè is a sparkling wine that pairs well with any meal, perfect as an aperitif.

Contains sulfites.

Franciacorta Mosnel Rosé is a fragrant sparkling wine where the delicate freshness of Chardonnay is complemented by the fruity richness of Pinot Noir and the smooth roundness of Pinot Blanc. The softly pressed grapes develop a harmonious accord over 24 months of maturation on the lees. The Pinot Noir grapes are vinified as a rosé, with several hours of skin maceration to give the cuvée its characteristic pink color. The Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are vinified traditionally, using a pneumatic press with separation of the first and second pressings. Fermentation and subsequent aging for approximately seven months take place partly in temperature-controlled steel tanks and partly in small oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The stacked bottles remain in our cellars for at least 24 months before remuage. Subsequently, disgorged and dosed as 'Brut,' they are given mushroom corks and wire cages. Finally, at least two months of further refinement is necessary before placing this Franciacorta on the market.
