Description

After rigorous bunch selection, part of the Pinot Noir remains in contact with its skins for a few days to allow the color to develop. The cuvée of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified in steel tanks, is made shortly before bottling. After tirage in spring, it spends over 30 months on the lees and, following disgorgement, at least 6 months before being released for sale.
