Marco Felluga Sauvignon is made from the eponymous grapes, which, after harvest, are separated from the stems. The juice and pulp undergo cold maceration, followed by a light pressing to separate them from the skins. Fermentation follows in steel tanks. The wine is left to age for approximately six months on the lees and a few months in the bottle.
